"You Look Like a Carriage That Not Even The Oxen Can Stop" by Nelson Carlo De Los Santos Arias, (MFA 2, Program in Film and Video) was selected in Ventana Sur, Buenos Aires Argentina, Doc Buenos Aires, Argentina and Festival Global de Cine De Santo Domingo. It will be screened in December 2012 at Centro de las Bellas Artes, Mexico, D.F.

Bored Girl by Ambar Navarro (BFA 2, Experimental Animation) was accepted into the Women's Independent Film Festival in Los Angeles. Her film and installation Miniature Pet Shop was shown in the Hugely Tiny Festival 2012.

Pearblossom Hwy directed by Mike Ott (MFA '05, Film Directing Program, BFA '03, Program in Film and Video), co-written with Atsuko Okatsuka (MFA 1, Program in Film and Video) was screened at Viennale in October 2012, at AFI Film Festival in November 2012 and at Starz Denver Film Festival in November 2012.
